Yes, we offer a free trial so you can explore the platform before committing. Trials are by request to make sure you get a properly configured workspace and the right onboarding support from day one. Request your trial here and we'll have you set up promptly.
Absolutely. We offer personal product demonstrations where we walk you through the platform in the context of your team's actual workflows. It's not a scripted sales call. It's a working session. Book a demonstration here.
Most teams are up and running the same day their workspace is created. The workspace admin receives a short onboarding email sequence to guide them through setup. For teams who book a demonstration, we help configure the workspace together during that session so there's nothing left to figure out alone.
Standard gives your team the core operational toolkit — task boards, calendar view, project management, and team structure — with up to 3 active projects.
Professional unlocks the full platform: Timeline (Gantt), Workload planning, Analytics dashboards, Notification Rules, Activity Log, Announcements, Vanta Assistant, and unlimited projects. Full plan details are on our pricing page.
Customers who subscribe before July 31, 2026 receive a 15% discount off standard pricing — this is the Founding Rate. It is locked in for your first 12 months, meaning your per-seat price will not increase during that period.
After the 12-month lock-in, your subscription renews at the then-current standard rate. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before that renewal so there are no surprises. The offer itself expires July 31, 2026. Subscriptions created after that date are billed at standard rates.
You can choose either monthly or annual billing. Annual billing saves 20% compared to paying month to month and is billed in full at the start of each year.
You can switch billing cycles by contacting us at support@vantagedesk.io. The change will take effect at the start of your next Subscription Period.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time by contacting us. The change takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next Subscription Period. Note that downgrading to a lower plan may restrict access to features and data that exceed the lower plan's limits.
All pricing is in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes such as HST are added at checkout based on your billing location.
Yes, there are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@vantagedesk.io. Your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@vantagedesk.io and we will review your case fairly.
You do — fully and completely. Your tasks, projects, members, and all workspace content belong to your organization. We do not claim any ownership over your data, and we do not use it for our own marketing or business purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
After your subscription ends, your workspace data remains accessible for 30 days so you can export anything you need. After that window, your data is permanently deleted from our systems. We strongly recommend exporting your data before cancelling if you wish to retain records.
Your workspace data is stored securely in the United States on infrastructure operated by a SOC 2 Type II certified provider. All data in transit is encrypted. Each organization's workspace is logically isolated. No other customer can access your data.
Yes. We are a Canadian company operating under PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act). Our Privacy Policy outlines what we collect, how we use it, and your rights including access, correction, and deletion of your personal information.

We will respond promptly, investigate the report in good faith, and keep you informed throughout the process. We ask that you give us reasonable time to address issues before any public disclosure.
