How long does it take to get the team onboarded?

Most teams are operational within a day. There are no complex configurations or required setup calls. The platform is designed to be self-evident. We provide a focused demonstration tailored to your workflow, and the product team is directly available for any questions during your transition.

Where is our data stored and who can access it?

Your data is fully isolated — no other customer can ever access it. The platform is built to SOC 2 standards, and any Vantage Desk staff access requires explicit, audit-logged authorisation.

What happens to our pricing after early access ends?

Early access participants lock in their founding rate for the lifetime of their account. When Vantage Desk moves to general availability and pricing adjusts upward, your rate stays exactly where it is. We commit to this for every founding team.

How does per-seat pricing work?

You pay for the number of active members in your workspace. Standard starts at a minimum of 3 seats, Professional at 5, and Enterprise at 15. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. Enterprise teams receive a custom volume quote. Reach out and we will scope the right arrangement with you directly.

Is there a minimum commitment or contract length?

No minimum contract length. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month with no lock-in. Annual plans are billed upfront and save 20%, a good fit if you want predictable spending. Enterprise agreements can be structured to suit your organisation’s procurement process.
